Low-cost loans are available to correct building/property deficiencies or other conditions, which if not corrected, will soon become a deficiency.
LOW-INCOME HOMEOWNER RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM provides low cost loans, up to $35,000, available to qualified applicants at a fixed rate of 3% for owner-occupants of one- to four-dwelling units on a lot.
